Will my property sell without the marketing?
The ultimate goal is to sell your property for the highest price possible. Marketing helps shine the spotlight directly on your property; increasing competition and attracting multiple buyer’s at auction. While it’s entirely possible to sell your property without marketing, it’s a small investment for high reward.
Can I change my reserve price if interest in my home is high?
The reserve is set the day before ‘The Event’. Throughout your campaign we encourage offers from all prospects, and provide you with weekly reports as to where the potential buyers see value. You will be fully informed so you can make an educated and empowered decision when setting your price.
Do I still have to sell if I don't get my price?
Absolutely not; you’re in complete control and make the final decision on which price you decide to sell for.
Do I need to physically attend the event?
With remote communication available, there is no need to be present. We often sell properties for those out of town; we do all the work, while you go about your day.
If my property doesn't sell, what happens next?
While the goal is to sell your property during ‘The Event’, an auction is a three stage process where a sale can occur in the lead up, on the day or afterwards. Sometimes buyers cannot purchase under auction due to extenuating circumstances, we continue to work with all buyers until we achieve the very best price and conditions for you.
